Ferit Ellidokuzoğlu (4e Digital Marketing) ("4e", "we") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. We provide digital growth and compliance services to businesses in Türkiye, the EU, the UK and the US.

We are based in Türkiye and use providers in the EU and the US. Where data leaves the EU or the UK we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, plus supplementary measures where needed.
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information. We may "share" it, as defined by the CPRA, through advertising cookies. You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer or by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor.

Data is transmitted over TLS, access is role-based and logged, and processors sign data processing agreements with us.
